Klarah Launches Sponsorship Initiative to Improve Healthcare in Cameroon

Buea, Cameroon – Klarah, a healthtech startup in Cameroon, today announced the launch of a new sponsorship initiative aimed at improving healthcare in the country. The initiative, made possible by a generous donation from a Cameroonian living in the UK who has chosen to remain anonymous, will provide 4 sponsorships for a monthly home healthcare visit for a year each.

“Everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, and this initiative is just one step towards making that a reality,” said Dr Innocentia Kwalar Toh, Founder, and CEO of Klarah.

“The 4 lucky recipients of these sponsorships will receive a monthly home healthcare visit from a qualified nurse, providing them with the care and attention they deserve in the comfort of their own home.”

The sponsorship initiative is a testament to the power of the diaspora in making a difference in the lives of those back home. The donation is a shining example of the impact that can be made through the generosity of the diaspora and highlights the importance of giving back to one’s home country. Klarah provides digital solutions that enable quality home healthcare, and the company is proud to be a part of this initiative.

“We are grateful for this individual’s generosity and the support of the diaspora in improving the healthcare situation in Cameroon,” said Dr Kwalar Toh. “This act of kindness is a reminder of the power of giving, and the positive impact that can be made when we come together to make a difference.”
